New Homes for Sale at Fiore in Encinitas (update April 2014) New construction building continues in Encinitas, with a number of upscale housing developments in varying phases of production, with more to come.   Fiore is a new community of luxury homes in Encinitas being built just east of the 5 freeway (yes, even though it is above the freeway the noise level is not what I expected from my visit today – much less), less than a mile as the proverbial crow flies to the Encinitas beaches. Fiore in Encinitas will feature 28 homes ranging in size from around 3249 Sf (single story, phase 1) up to about 5180 SF.
