Market Trends Report is published for the Culver City Single Family homes, check them out. Inventory is virtually identical as to two years ago and now. This is very interesting that very few properties have been coming on the market. I attribute this to the school system. The Culver City School system is very desirable, hence if buyers bought a home because of this reason, the odds are likely they will stay put for a while hence the inventory remains tight. Now this is interesting as well the has been a decrease in the closed transactions, we need to monitor this if this is a trend or just an exception due to longer time to get loans? The Culver City, CA Single Family Market Trend Report is published! For those who are not familiar, Culver City has an excellent school system and  has two Movie Studios  who call Culver City their home. Sony Studios and Culver Studios. Hence living in close proximity two of the larger employers in the area with a good school system is a great recipe to buy a home in Culver City. As you can see inventory has been tight for the past three years, but as the old saying goes a little bit of improvement is better than no improvement. Business & Friendship: where do you draw the line?I am in escrow on a house in Culver City, CA. for those of you who missed it I did a very aggressive Marketing Campaign. I sent out to the nearest 500 neighbors a Just Listed post card. Then to boot I did not show the property for about a week and a half to anyone.  I did a virtual tour with floor plans, then I could go on and on. We did a full blown marketing campaign.Then we had a Brokers Open House on Tuesday followed with a Public Brokers Open house on Sunday.
