My partner Ralph and I donated $100 in supplies for our American Cancer Society's Relay For Life Smoothie Sales this weekend This weekend we were part of my teams Relay For Life in Covina, CA. We donated the supplies for our smoothie sales and they sold like hotcakes! We had Strawberry Banana, Blueberry Banana, and Chocolate/Peanut Butter/Banana smoothies. Since this was a cancer awareness event, we wanted to make sure that the smoothies were healthy. So they were all made with Almond Milk, Berries, Organic Peanut Butter, Fresh Bananas, Chocolate Almond Milk, Honey, and Agave Nectar. Pay It Forward - I made the first donation towards our American Cancer Society's Group Lotto. This month, on April 30th, our group, Team Esperance is participating in the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life in Covina, CA. How many of you love the idea of getting a deal? I know people who can smell a deal, and when you've been around a while, and have a little shopping ‘experience' then it's usually easier to be able to look at the signs that they may in fact, accept less than their asking price. - Some tell-tale signs that the seller will probably take less - 1) Has the property been on the market longer than 30 days and no offers? 2) Is it overpriced? Maybe that seller and agent just had to try for a higher price. I've created a Lotto For Life - Pay It Forward Once again, this year, I have joined a Relay For Life team, which raises funds for the American Cancer Society. What I've decided to do is create a group lotto where half the proceeds for buying the tickets will be donated to the American Cancer Society. I'm creating a website where people can purchase the California Lottery tickets online using their credit card or PayPal card. $10 only per person.  $5 goes towards purchasing group lottery tickets, the other $5 goes to the American Cancer Society Relay for Life. Covina active Residential Listings have been fairly stable over the past month, fluctuating between 226 and 228 total active listings (this includes Covina Homes as well as Covina Condos). There seems to be a somewhat significant change in the amount of active Home Listings in the price range between $200,000 to $300,000, the $300,000 to $400,000 range and $400,000 to $500,000 range - while there seems to be a decrease in the $200,000 to $300,000 and the $400,000 to $500,000 ranges, there seems to be an increase in the $300,000 to $400,000 range.
