The condition of the real estate market is a hot topic today.  People ask me, "Are homes selling?." My answer is yes, homes priced for this market sell.  One thing I've noticed is how much attitude effects results. Let me explain. There was a time when our family was very involved in slalom water skiing.   We toured Lake California's Christmas lights last Friday night. The Communities Garden Club Officers judged the many great homes Saturday evening.       We had the honor of     chauffeuring our 2 year old grandson, Caleb, in his capacity as "unofficial" judge. He enjoyed all the lights and mentioned the, "choo-choo" a couple of times. However when we turned the corner to see the display above he was nearly speechless. First He just began to applaud and then let out a shout of appreciation. I'm not sure if it was the airplanes and their spinning propellers or Mickey and Minnie.
