Eastvale CA October's Market Report         October's 2013 Market Report       Currently, there are only 54 homes available for sale on the market.  That is a decrease of 80 homes compared to September's market report.  This is a strong indication that Eastvale CA is still a very strong seller's market.   The average listed price is at $466k as compared to $492k for the month of September.  Listed home prices have declined, but that is due to what the market is indicating due to most recent sold homes.   The days on the market stands at 29 days, which is a decrease of 13 days as compared to last month.   What the market is indicating for the month of October is that it is taking less time to sell a house in Eastvale Ca, however, the listed prices have also declined.
