So they cast, and now they were not able to draw it in because of the multitude of fish. (John 21:6)I think this section of the gospel of John translates perfectly into our modern day real estate market. They heard a voice from the shore ask, "Hey guys, you haven't caught any fish to eat,...

A 3.9 Earthquake rocks Corona California today. 3.9  2007/09/25 15:38:24 33.739N 117.469W  4.8   15 km ( 9 mi) WNW of Lake Elsinore, CA. Our office at Keller Williams Ralty Rocked and Rolled for a few seconds. No big problems. For the looks of things there were several quakes today in the Inland Empire. It seems like we have been having a quake every couple of week. I lived in the Bay Area and we have never had this many quakes. Hope nothing big is coming.

Getting your home sold is at the top of your list if your home has been sitting on the real estate market. In the past Riverside County has seen homes hit the market and then sell in a few short days. And chances are you got more then what the home was worth. Times have changed and to sell your home in today's market you need to be priced right and standout.I did a search today on http://www.imrmls.com/ and found that in the cities of Corona & Riverside California there are 327 new homes on the market in the past 10 days. Out of these 327 homes only 20 have a virtual tour and 59 listing don't even have photos. Tours and photos increase the number of buyers looking at your home. If your agent has not even put photos of your home on the local MLS system in 10 days then there is something ...

It is unfortunate when we spot graffiti within our city or any other city in Riverside County, but we can make a difference if we take the time to report to the graffiti to the Public Works Department. The Public Works Department has a Graffiti Removal program that is responsible for the removal of graffiti and illegal signs from all public and private property (when permission is granted). It is designed to include an education and publicity component for the accomplishment of program objectives. The City also contracts with the County of Riverside for removal of graffiti in county areas closely surrounding Corona. To report graffiti locations, please call the 24 hour Graffiti Hotline at (951) 278-3227.To report graffiti in progress: Dial 9-1-1. Please be ready with the location of the...

IE Tattoo Convention: Good Vibes in Riverside Home of the Parent Navel Orange Tree and the Mission Inn, Riverside was the host city for this year's Inland Empire Tattoo Convention. Held at the Riverside Convention Center, July 28-29, this was the "weekend of ink,” for attendees that kept cool inside while temps hit 100+ outside. The cozy quarters that housed the show, made for amicable conditions for artists, collectors and visitors alike. Approximately 100 tattoo artists turned up, keeping a steady stream of ink enthusiasts happy, as machines buzzed their way through the two day event. Steve Soto, from Goodfellas Tattoo in Orange, CA, worked throughout the day on Saturday and told Life According To that, "the show had a great vibe," as patrons stopped by his booth often to watch him c...
