Corona Short Sales Sometimes it's difficult to decide what to do with an oversupply of buyers... Due to the high number of buyers in our Corona, California location of The Homefinding Center, I was forced to give up 2 of my buyers to another agent this afternoon.  I am a firm believer that the interests of my clients comes first.  With that in mind, I had too many clients who needed assistance in finding and buying a home... The City of Corona’s NEW LOCATION for 4th of July Festival & Fireworks display at Santana Park was a huge success.  There were games, Balloon slides, a rock climbing wall, a bucking bull rodeo ride, live music and plenty of food. There were also huge big screen monitors placed in several locations in the park to view The parks live band entertainment and military tribute to our nations hero's. The park was beaming with excitement while families spent a fun filled day together honoring the United States of America 232nd Birthday! Sierra Del Oro special assessments Report on the special assessment bond vote for the community maintenance funding: As you may have seen, the city of Corona is now working on reviving the dead lawn and unkept shrubs in the Sierra Del Oro neighborhood. The home owners of our west Corona neighborhood were overwhelmingly in support of the additional $17 per month to keep our neighborhood looking terrific.
