CORONA CA REAL ESTATE INVENTORY RISES FOR THE SIXTH CONSECUTIVE MONTH Real estate inventory continued to rise in September 2013, with the number of homes for sale in Corona, California increasing 8.5% month over month, and 49% year over year. Although Corona CA real estate listings have surged in the past few months, inventory is still at about one half of what it was throughout the foreclosure crisis, which began in 2008, and started to resolve in the first quarter of 2012. Eastvale CA - September 2013 - Market Report                   Eastvale is still a seller's market. Number of homes sold went from 49 homes in August to 54 homes sold for the month of September. Sold home prices appreciated from an average of $449,272 in August to $454,901 for the month of September. Days on the market decreased from 45 days in August to only 36 days on the market for the month of September.   Number of homes available for sale increased from 114 to 134. This means that buyers have more selection to chose from. The average of home price available for sale increased from $489,264 to $492,176. That is an increase of $2,912 from month to month. Saturday Sept. 28, between 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m., the Corona Animal Shelter will host a low cost rabies vaccination clinic at the Corona Animal Shelter located at 608 Harrington St. Corona, CA. 92880 [MAP]. In conjunction with the low-cost clinic, all late fees for dog licenses sold at the animal shelter will be waived for the month of Sept. 2013. This clinic is for dogs only. Each dog must be on a leash and under the control of a responsible adult at all times. Aggressive dogs will not be permitted.
