Christmas in October... can dreams of owning a home really come true? The mission is finding a nice home (single story) in a neighborhood that would be nice for your Mom or Grandmother in or around the Clear Lake area. The home is for a truly wonderful lady who is over 75 using VA for her loan, purchase price of 100k. She is very motivated and excited with her new home purchase!
