When I look at this chart for Chula Vista real estate homes for sale, it strikes me as a little odd that one of the areas hardest hit with foreclosures early on should be so in demand right now.  I have to imagine the main reason would be that homebuyers and investors recognized that the pendullum had swung too far, with prices listed well below the true value. If you are a homeowner in Chula Vista and expect to need to sell this year, now would be a really good time to list your home on the market.  Although it is not 2003 where outrageous pricing is half-expected, you can probably list your home 5% above today's true market value and expect to get it.  [Unless of course you have a home above $900K, in which case you probably want to be more aggressive with your pricing.] For buyers, ...

Hilltop High School Homecoming 2009 50th Anniversary I went to the Hilltop Homecoming football game on Friday September 2 2009. The Hilltop Lancers were taking on the Horizon Christian Academy Panthers. I got there early to watch the JV game which Hilltop won 31 to 6. The Hilltop Varsity Team way outnumbered the much smaller squad of the Horizon Panthers and when they were doing warm-ups it looked like 3 football teams against 1. The Hilltop Lancers wan the game over the Horizon Panthers but was kept close for a good part of the game.I took some video of the Hilltop Homecoming because it was very elaborate and well put together.
