There are many ways to exercise and workout now-a-days.  But the one thing that everyone wants in regards to their workout is convenience.  It needs to either be conveniently located close to where you work or close to your home.  Having to drive all the way across town to get in an exercise class is not what we have time or the energy for.  I can help.  I have multiple Nia classes around the South Bay.  I have two that could be considered close to Downtown San Jose, I have one in Campbell, and I have one in South San Jose. We had a great show and tell meeting with the area loan originators from Bank of America with Rob Gilroy and his team. They are based in the Santa Clara Valley area primairly but their territory has just been broadened dramantically to inolcud inland to Bakersfield and on the cost just past Monterey. We had a great time and it was a learning experience for all of us. I enjoy these sessions as it dials me in to the lender's specific requirements. I learned that Bank of America requires a 20% contingency on their Streamlined k loans. That is major when shopping for a 203k loan thinking the construction can go to $35,000... it never can. Although it sounds unlikely, neighbors living on a small cul-de-sac in Campbell awoke at 5 am Saturday morning to an unpleasant surprise. Three coyotes had attacked a neighbor's cat and were chasing it down. Quick action resulted in the coyotes being scared off and the cat hurried to the vet for treatment of injuries. This incident occurred in a Santa Clara County residential neighborhood of Campbell homes, located near Los Gatos El Camino Hospital in Los Gatos and Capri and Village Elementary Schools in Campbell.
