Ventura County Real Estate REcovery  May begin Here and Now! Chase opened its Camarillo Homeownership Center earlier this month. This center is intended to help  homeowners struggling with their mortgage payments. Borrowers facing foreclosure now have a place where they can meet advisors face to face.    The Camarillo center is a free resource for borrowers facing foreclosure. It's one of 16 Chase homeownership centers in California.
