October 2016 Camarillo Condo Market UpdateWe see in October 2016 that less Camarillo Condos sold, two less to be exact, nothing alarming with this.We also see that the median Camarillo Condo price increased and the average price rose as well.The predominant housing in Camarillo is Single Family Homes, so it is not surprising that the inventory of Camarillo Condos is low.There is just barely a month of inventory available for Camarillo Condos. This is the August 2016 Real Estate Market Update forCamarillo Condos  August, 2016 saw a huge jump in the number of Camarillo Condos sold. 21 sold this year compared to 8 last August. That is an increase of 162.5%!  We also see that the median Camarillo Condo price and the average price increased since last August. There is just barely over a month of inventory available for Camarillo Condos. What that means is, if no other Camarillo Condos come on the market the current inventory will be sold within 1.1 months. When inventory is low and demand is high, this basic economic law of Supply & Demand usually puts pressure on prices to move higher.
