OK I am back with more information for the FICO Fans.I will start with some FICO history for you.At some point the credit bureaus had archived many many piles of credit reports.  They decided to profile all of these reports to see if they showed any clear distinctions.  There was a total of 1.5 million credit reports complied.These 1.5 million reports were then organized and profiled into 10 piles or "sections".Sections 1 - 8 were organized and profiled as good credit.Sections 9 & 10 were organized and profiled as bad credit.The Sections will now become known as, and referred to as "score cards". By now you should be asking, so what is the difference between the good and bad reports?  And the answer is simple...Score card #9 has a 60 or 90 Day Late included in it's history.Score card #1... 04/13/2007

2006 marks as a year of highest number of expired listings in Orange County CA Real Estate since year 2003. As you know our community of Brea is like many others who are beginning to feel the impact of the slow down in the real estate market. While our area remains desirable, we are not immune to the downturns.
