This is one of those bank owned (REO) properties in the Big Bear Valley that, in my opinion is a good deal.  The last time this home sold was back in 2004 and it sold for $225,000.00.  The bank now has it listed for $169,900.00.  I knew the property from when it was on the market before.   But, as it is now a bank owned (REO) listing and because it was listed so low,  I felt  a  trip out to Lake Williams was in order.
