I wanted to report back to you to let you know what a great time we had.  Everything turned out great.  The food, mocktails (yes, mocktails), the auction and raffle was wonderful.  The decorations were really nice.  The music by Shameless was really good.  You can hire them by contacting them at dimcadd@gmail.com.  They actually played a song by The Eagles.  Made my night!  The kids came in to help and serve some of their community time.  They were so helpful and were a little shocked when they asked me how much I get paid for doing this and I said nothing.  I told them it was for them.  The kitchen became completely quiet.  I am so happy to have met all my new friends while attending the Leadership class and doing this project together.  Life is busy but I hope to keep in contact with ...

This real estate business is a great business isn't it.  On Friday I had a short sale approved (we wrote the offer in early November and now the bank wants it closed in 3 weeks).  Hurry up and wait.  Then on Saturday a call from a family, that was introduced (referral) to me by some friends.  They want to move to the Meadow Vista area.  Saturday night was the Lions Project for Canine Companions for Independence.  Our Lions Club tended bar for the evening.  We did our best to adjust the attitude of the crab eaters.  This is the last Crab Feed for me this year - 4 is enough.  Sunday, I got a price reduction on one of my listing.  So what is Monday going to bring?  I look forward to finding out.  I will let you know!   I am Serving YOU and the COMMUNITY daily.   Dave

Friday night was our Christmas Party.  We had a lot of great food and some special guests.  Santa Claus came by for a visit.  The adults and kids were thrilled.  The young at heart were also invited to sit on his lap and tell him what we wanted for Christmas.  One request was a closed escrow! Thanks Jack & Jane.  We all would like the same.  I caught Santa turn into jelly when he was craddling a three week old little boy.  At that point, you knew what Christmas was all about.  May the spirit of Christmas be with all of you.  Have a wonderful time with your family and friends. Merry Christmas. P.S. Thank you to Dave Johnson.  You are a wonderful Santa, so says our excited grandson Ethan and all Prudential California Realty agents & spouses! Russ & Debbie Broughan

There are many ways to shift in today's market in order to make extra money. Rick Geha has offered to come to Auburn and show us one of the ways he has been able to make extra money.  His product is for you're the female clients as well as the male. It can make you look 8 to 10 years younger in 10-15 minutes.   I don't know how but I am looking forward to finding out.   If you would like to join me at 10:00 am on Tuesday November 25th at the Holiday Inn in Auburn, Ca it should be fun. Please call me if you have any questions or I will see you there!  (530)878-0321

Yep I said it the BEST!  Somthing you have to understand my parents first date was at Casper's hot dogs in Sothern California and that meant something to our family.  Now we don't wake up thinking about hot dogs but it is something of a happy place when I see the leaves on the trees turn and the cold air seems to take over our senses there is nothing better than a hot dog with sour crout and mustard.  Ya I know the breath that fallows a dog like that is truly an occupational hazard for a Realtor but worth it. Stacy Julian from Long Horn gave me my first hot dog from Long Horn Meat Company and it had just the right amount of snap with the perfect balance of flavor showing the 25 + years in the meat business.  You see Long Horn has made quite a name for themselves giving our little town...

For those that don't know our lovely town of Auburn was the location for Phenomenon starring John Travolta and showcasing our lovely Old Town Auburn.  This is a nice opportunity for the current locals that not only worked on the set it gives some of the extras the chance to talk about what it was like. So come down and spend an evening at the movies.

What a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon.  Sitting an open house in a home that is over 6000 square feet in Winchester, Meadow Vista Ca.  Great folks stopped by.  Each with their own reasons.  Each has their own dreams and that is where I come in.  Helping them achieve their dreams.  Asking probing questions, listening to the answers helps them find their 5, 6 and 7s.  If you are thinking about buying or selling let me help you discover your 5,6 and 7s.  It is about you and your family not me.  That is what makes my services so valuable.  Helping others...Serving YOU and the COMMUNITY.
