Just an observation, there were 3 houses sold under 90% of asking price. In a market where many people are going over asking it was just unusual.     As of  1/15/10 There are 280 active houses for sale. 70 homes are contingent 175 went pending this week. All of those numbers are up from last week.   Down from last week is...... 14 homes sold this week. But let's remember that MLK day closed the recorders office.
