These numbers are based on sales of Single Family Homes in Antioch in December 2011. One thing that impacts the Price of an Antioch Home on a SF basis is the type of sale. Short Sales tend to be cheapest on a square foot basis, followed by Bank Owned Homes, and then Traditional Sales are the most expensive. Take a look at this chart.
