I see so many negatives in our news media and in several posts. I feel we should all find the positives and it will breed like wild fire. OK, I see the good stuff everyday, but you just don't here about it or I should say you don't here about it enough.I know there are several great stories out there and you guys are all keeping it inside. Please don't do that, you must get this stuff out for all to here and feel. I tell you it's a prov-en fact, think positive thoughts and it will happen, positives will take over your life. I here so many buyers say I am waiting for the prices to come way down before I purchase. Well if you buyers keep waiting the time will pass. A lot of sellers out there would like to have the chance to look at anything you might want to offer. Please buyers let your agents work for you. Make an offer and let it play out. You just do not know what that sellers situation might be. I think they would just like the chance to see what you are thinking and who knows, you just might get lucky.Buyers you have to start the ball rolling with that offer. It's all just a guess until you start the ball rolling, there has to be a starting point and you will have to start it. Sellers want to get as much as they can, it's only natural. Buyers you are in great market and you just need to let your agents...

I am seeing quite a lot of action out there right now. I see a lot more people in my own area picking up fliers out of the boxes. I have seen it so many times, when the time to buy was right and people wait to long. To many people pass up these great buys. The time to buy is now! November and December are great months to purchase. It's winter and you will get in just before the spring run. This great buyers market will not last forever. Don't be sorry!Get it while the getting is good, or before it is gone. I see a lot of great inventory out there and sellers are looking at everything thats thrown at them right now. Buyers take advantage before it's to late, Do your research and pick the right property and I am sure you will be happy in your real estate purchase.Good Luck and Happy buying!

People need to look at the real picture here. A year ago prices were so high and people were fighting to put in a bid. Whats up people, now is the time to buy. The prices are great and there are some fantastic values out there right now. The areas have not change, the schools have not change, the super markets are still there. The only thing that has happened is prices have corrected a little. Now get out  there and get it while the getting is good. Remember people, there are many negative people out there right now and next year those same people will be saying they should have bought when they could have! Now if you are truly looking for an investment in real estate for the long term, now is you chance. People there are some down right great buys out there right now. Do your research a...

The sales industry can be a very good business to be in until a few of your deal go south or start to show trouble. Thats when the stress starts to build up and your neck and shoulders start to tense up and you feel like your office has a built in heater. I have been in the sales industry for many years and there is a natural stress relief and it is really good for you. Sometimes it can be very hard to do because you are fighting it, but try it and I am positive it will work. When you get the symptoms, simply get up from you desk and take a walk. Yes thats it, take a long walk, get as much fresh air as you can take(breath deep). Listen to the birds , look at all the sites and maybe even talk while you are walking. lol You got to get it all out and then you can go about your day. You migh...

The weather is text book, it doesn't get any better than this. I think you just might think it was early spring and not fall. This is very warm weather for fall in the mother-lode. Taking about a 3mile or so walk tonight really put it in perspective. The colors are all out and there was a light breeze and the sunset from our elevation of 1200' was tremendous. I live in Greenhorn Creek golf community in Angels Camp California. I have views for miles and the golf course is just gorgeous at this time of year. Please if you want to take a break and you don't know where to go. Come to Angels Camp, Murphy's and the mother-lode. You will find yourself very refreshed and ready for the next work week. (you might just decide to stay for life and thats OK to)I think it is the boost you just might ...

Years ago in Elk Grove California, I learned that and oak tree or any tree can be saved when building a house in the drip line of the tree. You don't have to cut it down, as a matter of fact it might cost you less to save the tree. Big oaks cost a lot of money to cut down and remove. Contact an arborist and he will tell you how you can design a drip system under your slab so the tree can get the water it needs to live. Also the drainage! In my case I only had to put 4" abs pipe 1' under the ground on 2' centers for about 38'. The cost was only about 800.00 and it did not hurt the structural integrity of the house at all. The cost of removing the tree would have been about 2500.00I not only saved money, but the tree is still standing today almost twenty years later. That's a good thing!

All-thought Boston terriers are very protective. They make for great family pets. I would say these dogs are very playful by nature and are great with kids. They love to play with kids and you can't where them out. Well except for my big Boston, as you can see below he is very large for his bread.Weighing in at about 55lbs or so. He can get very tired if you push him to much. Push him to much and he will snore all night long and you will here him all over the house. These guys are insiders and they are very spoiled rotten.I got the big one as a puppy about seven years ago and the little one I rescued about five years ago. The big one is Buster and the Little one is Winni. Don't be fooled she is truly the boss!

Hey the weather is going to be great this weekend! Might be a good weekend for a round of golf. One of the best places to play is Green Horn Creek in Angels Camp. This is a great course, I have some nice pictures on my blog so please check them out. Great place to come up for just the day or maybe stay all night and play for two days. The restaurant is a great place to eat. There is a big screen in the club house so you won't miss your game on Saturday or Sunday. The games are always on the big screen.  Also if the wife doesn't want to play golf she can go for the shopping in Murphy's about seven miles up the hill. Also there is shopping in downtown Angels Camp. Please make the trip up and check out the course. You might find it so nice you will buy a house and make this your full time p...

History of Angels Camp CA. Henry and George Angel arrived in California as soldiers, serving under Colonel Frémont during the Mexican War. After the war's end, the brothers found themselves in Monterey where they heard of the fabulous finds in the gold fields. The tales proved too strong a lure, so they joined the Carson-Robinson party of prospectors and set out for the mines. The company parted ways upon reaching what later became known as Angels Creek, with the Murphy group heading east and the Carson party continuing south. It was September of 1848.Henry set up camp and began placer mining the area, trying his luck in Dead Horse Ravine, Dry Creek, China Gulch and Angels Creek. But gold mining was truly hard work. Prospectors walked for miles carrying heavy loads to and from their cla...
