ANAHEIM WELCOMES 4,000 THIRD GRADE STUDENTS TO THE GIFT OF HISTORY EVENT  ANAHEIM, Calif. Where is Your Cash Cow -  Get it Now. So I was prospecting to find sellers who owned rentals in the Anaheim and Anaheim Hills. I was calling on them to see if they wanted to sell their rental properties or if they had thought about more properties since the home prices are low and the interest rates are at historic lows!   I remember when I started real estate,a seller I was talking to mentioned to me, 'Son, buy 10 homes now, so when you retire, you will have Cash Flow, don't rely on social security, it won't be enough"  Well, it happened to me again. I had called on an elderly gentleman who now lives in the San Diego county. It is true that the higher the inventory, the more the competiton to sell homes. This cause a stablility on homes prices or even a drop in price. Notice the rise in inventory for the last several months.

I Never have time to Blog, only when a Plumber visits my homes. I have always wondered when I would have time to blog. All the gurus are saying, 'blog blog..'. But usually I have no ideas on what to blog or when to blog. I starting blogging more constantly about a month ago, and found out the right time to blog is when you have a thought on your mind or an urge to say whats on your mind. It is 8:30am here in beautiful Anaheim Hills, Orange county, and I am at home with a plumber, he is fixing things up!  He could only come today between hours of 8-12am today. Anaheim Hills Loan Modification:  40 year loan - Yikes I live and work in Anaheim Hills. I have come across many home owners work on the loan modification. Many manage to pull it off and many just cannot get the loan approved. I came across an acquaintance of mine who just had his house loan modified. The house is in Anaheim Hills. The value of the house is close to $500,000. His loan amount is approximately $450,000 and he has owned the house for about 5 years, yes he bought in 2005! The bank he was dealing with was Citi mortgage.  It took him almost 8 months to negotiate the loan. Anaheim Transportation Faire To Benefit Local Charities  The 19thannual City of Anaheim Transportation Faire begins Wednesday, Sept. 22, giving citizens a trip down memory lane by featuring "Classic Television" as this year's theme.  Proceeds from the Transportation Faire, which includes the much anticipated Chili Cook-off competition, will benefit local charities.  The Chili Cook-off, in Downtown Anaheim on Center Street Promenade, will feature a dozen varieties of homemade chili.  The competition is open to the public and taste-testers are welcome to sample some or all of the dishes.  The competition will take place from 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. on Sept. 22.  Tickets are available and are being sold as two tickets for $1.  Participants in the Chili Cook-off competition are also encourag...

JOINT TENANCY: An asset will not usually be in probate if it is owned by two or more people as joint tenants.
