And, although the reduction in real estate listings in Anaheim Hills occurred in all categories, such as standard sales, short sales, etc... it is clear that buyers are hungry for entry level homes the most; the greatest decrease in real estate listings was found in Anaheim Hills properties for sale, under $500,000, while active listings of $500,000 and above remained relatively unchanged. Anaheim Hills  Great palce to Live  Fog in July     I have lived in Anaheim Hills for over 15 years. I really enjoy it here. The schools are great, the parks are great, the greens are lush and the people are great. The home values have held strong, despite the Real Estate 'crash'.
