Where there was once lots of choice currently there isn't much. There is only 2 condos on the market and that is because one of them fell out of escrow this morning. There are only 2 houses in Crown Hills for sale and one of them is a manufactured home. The Old Ranch has not one active listing and the New Ranch has just 3.
