Get to the Top on Goggle with Long Tail Key Words and Build Your Niche Market!...FAST It's 4:30 in the Morning here and I could not sleep, my American Cocker Spaniel "Winston" woke us up having a upset stomach, in any event I wanted to find out how my New Blog post Saanich Luxury Waterfront Homes For Sale did since posting it late last night.   I had put in long tail key words on my Victoria real estate Blog, referring to neighbourhoods with luxury and waterfront homes that I sell homes in. Victoria and Oak Bay BC Luxury Waterfront Properties have been raising in value over this past year and you may want to check out some of these fabulous homes on the water. A 22 acre Wolf Island in Becher Bay is fetching $ 7 Million; there is a home on the island and the buyers are International buyers. Victoria BC Christmas 2007: The Best Street Christmas Light Display went to the home owners on 4200 Block of Ponderosa Crescent, Plus 4260 won last year for best completely decorated home, lights only. These homes are located within 1/4 a mile of this year's Third place winner of Best Street Display on 1200 block of Alan Road. Victorians go all out every Christmas with their colorful yard and home light display, other homes here are 2733 Blackwood for the best Nativity scene this year, and a special home display on Tuxedo Dr. done with a Fire Engine. Merry Christmas Enjoy the photos!  I did not have to go far to catch some local Christmas outside lighting. Just one block from my home, there is a small parade of cars driving up Loenholm, Alan and North Rd of Wilkinson to view the fabulous Yard and house holiday scene these home owners have assembled this year. Certainly a lot of effort and planning by all living here Well done everyone on Loenholm, Alan and North for your Christmas sprit.
