Without a doubt the Housing market in Vancouver has exceeded everyone's expectations. It seems every time the media and the those in the "know" say housing prices have reached a peak the prices keep climbing. Houses and even condo's are staying on the market a few weeks longer than they were a few months ago but prices are not coming down. This past week we staged a new home for a builder who had never used staging in all his years of building. In fact he was shocked that his latest build had not been snapped up the minute the last flagstone had been laid. After 4 weeks on the market he and his Realtor decided they needed to take the home to the next level, it needed to be staged! We met with the builder and his Realtor and as usual got very excited and animated (like we do) about this ... 04/24/2008
