Civano: Green Community Market Watch (edit/delete) The Civano community in Tucson, AZ. is the first large, mainstream real estate development to integrate sustainability as a key characteristic of the community design. The Zero Energy Home (ZEH) concept as developed by the Department of Energy (DOE) consists of two major parts.
