Advice Needed: How Do I compete with Trulia, Zillow, Realtor.com, etc? I have three great listings in a very upscale neighborhood named Wikutepa in the Williamson Valley Area north of Prescott. They are on a very short new road named Cougar Canyon Rd which provides access to all three lots via paved road inside the subdivision. Large granite boulders and outcroppings are one of the most desirable features for lots and building sites and many prospective Buyers seek out properties that have them. I am featuring two great neighborhoods in Williamson Valley north of Prescott, Arizona. Glensandra Rd is at the southern edge of these neighborhoods and is about 6.6 miles from the junction of Williamson Valley Road with Iron Springs Road.
