The Ranch at Prescott is a planned community three miles east of downtown Prescott, Arizona. Entrance to the Ranch is from Highway 69 and Lee Blvd. The Ranch which nestles on the hillsides that border the Prescott National Forest was created in 1987 by developers Jim and Linda Lee. The Ranch is currently made up of eight units that contain about 950 home sites on the 1,000 acres of the former Bullwhacker Ranch.  Presently there are more than 500 homes with more being built each year. Its taken me almost 10 years, but I have finally reached the point in my business where I have more clients then I can effectively work with. So I have been prioritizing buyer's from the beginning with excellent results. During my first meeting with a new buyer client I ask the question, "What priority buyer are you?" An "A" buyer is one who has only a short time to get into a home before potentially becoming homeless, is ready, willing and able to purchase today. This buyer has all the most important issues already dealt with, but needs a good agent to help find the best home for their needs and to walk them through the selection, offer and escrow process.
