It has been a curious experience to feel like both a local and a newbie since relocating back to Litchfield Park / Goodyear after over 20 years. VA Mortgage loan rates are based on the GNMA chart that I send out in my market updates.   VA Mortgage in Maricopa County have a Loan Limit of $417,000 at 100% LTV.  Which means that someone that is qualified for a VA Loan can buy a home with $0 down payment up to $417,000 in Maricopa County.  If you want a bigger loan amount, a small down payment is required.    The formula for using a VA loan after the $417,000 loan limit goes like this: Purchase price - $417,000 = X X multiplied times 25% = your down payment!   To find out more, visit my wesite!     09/06/2010
