Once again a vacant land listing seller shared with me during the listing presentation that she had met in person with one real estate agent at the vacant land parcel she wished to sell. Additionally the seller called three other “women” real estate agents and no one bothered to call her back not even the real estate agent she met. WOW!This earned sale started with a call from the seller’s son.  The son told me about his mother’s two properties and that she wanted to sell them.  As my standard of practice is to submit a competitive market analysis, CMA,  I did so and returned the CMA to the son. Within 48 hours, the son called me and shared his mother’s contact information.I called the seller, his mother, scheduled a listing presentation and met with her.
