Old Stone Ranch is a new exciting Lake Community located between Lindsay and Gilbert Roads on Ocotillo Road in Chandler. This amazing new LAKE community has homes for every budget. The industrially zoned site that is currently listed for sale is creating a lot of interest. Many of the potential buyers are looking to purchase and build residential homes here. The site is one of the last industrial sites in the city that is almost built out. There are currently two city council members(Martin Sepulveda and Jeff Weninger)  that are open to residential development and another 4 seats are opening in next years municipal election.
