The Town of Carefree will celebrate Valentines Day weekend with the 3rd annual Carefree Festival of Fine Chocolates and Fine Art. The four -day festival runs February 13-16, beginning on Thursday from 12 noon until 5 pm, and continuing Frlday through Sunday from 10 am until 5 pm. The festival takes place at 101 Easy Street, at the Carefree Desert Gardens. This event is free and will feature up to 100 exhibitors of fine art, chocolate and other confections. - Carefree Christmas Festival December 2013-  The sixth annual Christmas Festival was held December 13-15, 2013 in the Carefree Town Center at the Sanderson Lincoln Pavilion. This is one of my favorite events each year and offers something for everybody.  The meandering pathways surrounding the Events Stage are lined with booths selling clothing, jewelry, art, food items and more. It is always a great way to find gifts for family members and friends, while having a fun time.  My first stop was the fabulous “Food Row” that served everything from tacos to caramel corn.
