One of the biggest and most anticipated events of the year in the master planned community that I live in is Anthem Days.  As I mentioned in a previous post, Anthem is a truly unique community.  We absoluteyl love it. And we are spoiled by it indeed.Anthem Days is two day event, usually in the middle of March which entails a fair and a multitude of activities for the kids, plus a trade fair for the local business owners.  It attracts thousands of people from all over the Phoenix valley.  It is a very fun time for the whole family, the weather is usually perfect, and a great way for local business persons to promote their businesses and get more involved with the community.If you're in the area this weekend, March 15th and 16th stop by and take a look.  My business partner and I will be ...

Why do so many sellers think all they have to do is tell their agent their home is a short sale and do nothing else?  I get several calls a day saying exactly that and when I ask if they've contacted the lender and received their confirmation of a short sale, they give me the lender's name and phone number!  What's up with that?
