  Today was my first day as a bell ringer for the Salvation Army for our Realty Executives "Real Estate Wednesdays" project.  Realty Executives Phoenix is volunteering every Wednesday between now and Christmas, and those of us who sign up to volunteer are there ringing the bell and greeting customers at the JC Penny on 50th Street and Ray Road in Ahwatukee.  Each time slot is for two hours and I must say that I had so much fun and the amount of people who donated to the red bucket were so many that the bucket became very full.  It really was a great feeling to greet everyone with a smile, ringing the bell, and being part of a great cause. I wore my boots with a heel, which was not the greatest for standing for two hours straight, so next week I am wearing more comfortable shoes!     12/03/2014
