With all the headlines about the state of the real estate market on the national level, does that mean that the Little Rock area market in the same. The answer is no. Yes our inventory of homes for sale is higher and the days a home takes to sell is up over the last couple of years, but homes are still selling and people are still getting loans at historically low rates.
