Sherwood Park Acreage Market Report March 2012 Spring is underway and so is the Sherwood Park acreage market.  Although the average sold price for March is slightly less than is was in February, the time it took to sell an acreage or days on market (DOM) dropped quite a bit, down from 70 days to 57 days in March.   As we are still recovering from a slow winter, the average sold price is lower than a year ago.
