Clareview Edmonton Real Estate The Clareview Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has generally been about $15 lower than the overall Edmonton average selling price per square foot.  There was a time in early 2010 where Clareview exceeded the Edmonton average, but that has been the only time in the last 2 years.  The Clareview area encompasses several neighbourhoods and has recently bounced off the lows of the last quarter of 2011.  For more detailed sales statistics, including an average price graph visit Clareview Edmonton Real Estate

Mill Woods Edmonton Real Estate The Mill Woods Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot tends to be $15 lower than the Edmonton average.  The Mill Woods average selling price per square foot has been fairly flat the last 3 quarters around $240.  When you look at 2010 and 2011 though, you notice that Mill Woods tends to peak on a selling price per square foot basis in the 2nd quarter.  For more detailed sales stats including an average sale price graph visit Mill Woods Edmonton Real Estate

Belmead Edmonton Real Estate Volatile is a good way to describe the Belmead average sale price per square foot.  Belmead has seen it's average selling price per square foot vary from the low $210's to almost $300 in the past quarters.  The cause of this volatility is due to the number of two story style homes that sell in each quarter.  When more of them sell in a quarter, the average sale price per square foot plummets in Belmead.  Currently, the average sold price per square foot in Belmead is just over the Edmonton average.  For more detailed sales information including an average sale price graph on Belmead visit Belmead Edmonton Real Estate.

Ellerslie Edmonton Real Estate The Ellerslie Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot continues to move closer and closer to the overall Edmonton aveage selling price per square foot.  The Ellerslie area has seen the average sold price per square foot slip a little in 2012, but I expect that to reverse as we move on in 2012.  The highest sale price for a home in Ellerslie this year has been $501,878.  For more sales information including price graphs visit Ellerslie Edmonton Real Estate.

Thinking Outside the Box in Edmonton. If You Can't Find What You Want, Make It!I have found this to be true on many occasions. I have made clothes, costumes, shelves, mosaics, bedding and recovered furniture. So when I wanted two small cushions for some slipper chairs we'd placed in 655 Foxtail Lane, I made two because I couldn't find what I wanted. These started off in life in a dollar store for $2 each and I just made a new cover from spare material I had. The beads are also from my collection, augmented with some beauties from a drapery tieback I bought on sale. Something small for that finishing touch.

Terwillegar South Edmonton Real Estate The Terwillegar South real estate average sale price per square foot has just exceeded the Edmonton average this first quarter of 2012.  The Terwillegar South area has always been close to the Edmonton average selling price per square foot, but has never exceeded it in the last 3 years. It will be interesting to see if Terwillegar South can continue to stay above the Edmonton average sale price per square foot as we move further into 2012. Visit Terwillegar South Real Estate for more detailed sales statistics including an average sale price graph.

Rutherford Edmonton Real Estate The Rutherford Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has slipped lower the last couple quarters.  In 2012, the highest sale price for a home in Rutherford has been $640,000.   Last year in Rutherford, there was a home that sold over $800,000.  Rutherford has tended to stay over $240 per square foot over the last couple years.  Visit Rutherford Homes for Sale for more detailed sales stats including an average sale price graph going back to the beginning of 2009.

Hamptons Edmonton Real Estate The Hamptons Edmonton real estate market has continued to be strong into 2012.  Already in 2012, there has been a home that has sold for more money than any other sale in 2011.  In 2012, the Hamptons has realized a sale price of $675,000.  In 2011, the highest sale price for a home in the Hamptons was $637,000.  The Hamptons average sale price per square foot continues to get closer and closer to the overall Edmonton average.  The gap between the two, has narrowed to the $10 per square foot range.  Visit Hamptons homes for sale for more detailed sales stats including an average sale price graph as of March 21, 2012.

My father in law, Harvey Jackson, has been in the Cross Cancer Institute here in Edmonton for 6 weeks and is undergoing treatment for lymphoma.Last Sunday we were told his organs were shutting down because the mass was blocking blood flow to his kidney and bowel and he had a few days left. Friday Funnee! Just in Time For St Patrick's Day!   Paddy's pregnant sister was in a terrible car accident and went into a deep coma. After being in the coma for nearly six months, she wakes up and sees that she is no longer pregnant. Frantically, she asks the doctor about her baby. The doctor replies, "Ma'am, you had twins.... a boy and a girl. The babies are fine, However, they were poorly at birth and had to be christened immediately so your brother Paddy came in and named them." Oxford Edmonton Real Estate The Oxford Edmonton Real Estate average sale price per square foot has really jumped to start 2012.  The average selling price per square foot is now sitting well over $300, but that is only based on the 2 sales that have happened in 2012 in Oxford. I expect to see the average sale price per square foot in Oxford to settle back into the $230 range.  It is possible that Oxford continues to stay above the Edmonton average, but the past history in Oxford says otherwise.  For more detailed sales information including an average sale price graph visit Oxford Edmonton Real Estate

Inglewood Edmonton Real Estate The Inglewood Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has started 2012 with a whimper, but this is a little deceiving.  When you look more closely at the sales in Inglewood in 2012, there were a couple very large bungalows that sold.  These larger homes tend to sell for a lower per square foot value than the average sized home in Inglewood, therefore skewing the average lower.  For more detailed sales information including an average sale price graph visit Inglewood Edmonton Real Estate

Lynnwood West Edmonton Real Estate The Lynnwood west Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has been very strong and has continued to rise into 2012.  Lynnwood is conveniently located close to the river valley and Whitemud Freeway.  Lynnwood also borders two very strong neighbourhoods, Rio Terrace and Laurier Heights.  I expect the Lynnwood market to continue to strengthen due to these reasons.  For more detailed sales information including an average sale price graph visit Lynnwood Edmonton Real Estate.
