When Does a Query Become an Annoyance? Home Staging in Edmonton.I have been, throughout my Staging career, perusing MLS to see if there are listings that could benefit from Professional Staging in the Edmonton area. Depending on your perspective, unfortunately or fortunately I have found there are more that need help than don't. I'm always pleasantly surprised to see a listing that I wouldn't do much to. And when I do see a listing that needs some tweaks, or an all out makeover, I will contact the agent (usually via email, but I'm trying to get over that and call). Rutherford Edmonton Real Estate Market The Rutherford real estate sale price per square foot is currently hovering around the $240 range.  So far in this third quarter, Rutherford has an average selling price per square foot of $236.  Rutherford has been unable to break above $250 per square foot since 2010.  The Rutherford area does continue to be popular, this is backed up by the fact that the average time to sell a home in Rutherford is currently 41 days.  That is under the Edmonton days on market average of 45.  For more detailed sales stats on Rutherford including a sale price graph visit Rutherford Homes for Sale 09/11/2012

Klarvatten Edmonton Real Estate Sales The Klarvatten real estate average sold price per square foot has continued it's pattern of staying below the Edmonton average sale price per square foot.  Klarvatten did jump above the Edmonton average the 2nd quarter of this year, but was unable to maintain that level.  Klarvatten is currently selling for $248 per square foot, meanwhile Edmonton is selling for $267 per square foot.  For more detailed sales stats on Klarvatten including graphs visit Klarvatten Real Estate 09/08/2012

Stress Incontinence? Lois Hole Hospital for Women Can Help!Everybody pees. But no one wants to admit publicly if they pee at the wrong time. I used to do a bit about that in my Stand up Comedy act. We can laugh about it, but have a hard time being serious...I was fortunate enough this week to play the part of a woman with Stress Incontinence in a short video for the Royal Alexandra Hospital Foundation where the Lois Hole Hospital for Women is located. My character; Kate, like 1 in 4 women, is having trouble peeing when she sneezes or lifts something heavy. She's very embarrassed and is suffering in silence and humility like 90% of women who have this problem do.
