Tamarack Edmonton Real Estate The Tamarack Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has been weaker than the Edmonton average sold price per square foot.  Tamarack has been getting closer to the Edmonton average selling price per square foot in the last quarter of 2010 and so far in 2011.  Tamarack does have a higher percentage of 2 story homes and this partially explains the lower average sold price per square foot.  Interested in a comparable market analysis on your Tamarack home?
