Sweet Grass Edmonton Real Estate The Sweet Grass Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has been weaker than the Edmonton selling price per square foot throughout 2009 and 2010.  This is a little misleading as Sweet Grass has a higher percentage of split level and two story homes.  These homes tend to sell for a lower sold price per square foot than a bungalow or bilevel style home.  Sweet Grass has followed the general trendline of selling price per square foot that Edmonton has followed.
