Canossa Edmonton Real Estate The Canossa real estate average sale price per square foot briefly exceeded the Edmonton average selling price per square foot at the end of 2011.  Since then, Canossa has declined back below the Edmonton average.  Prior to the last quarter of 2011 Canossa has never been higher than the Edmonton average sold price per square foot (going back to 2009).  This may be the start of a new pattern for the area.  For more detailed sales stats including an average sale price graph visit Canossa Edmonton Real Estate

The Canossa neighbourhood has seen a large increase on a sale price per square foot basis this last quarter of 2011.  The proportion of bilevels and split levels that sold in the 4th quarter was higher than normal and did influence the average selling price per square foot.  Canossa Edmonton Real Estate Average Sale Price Graph

Canossa Edmonton Real Estate The Canossa Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has continued to do well and is rapidly approaching the Edmonton average selling price per square foot.  In fact, Canossa has increased faster on a percentage basis when it comes to sold price per square foot then what Edmonton has in the last quarter.  The last time Canossa was this close to the Edmonton average sale price per square foot was back in the 3rd quarter of 2009.  The average days on market in Canossa in the 2nd quarter of 2011 was 40 days, very close to the Edmonton average time to sell of 42 days.  The highest sale price recorded in Canossa this past quarter was $440,000. Canossa Edmonton Real Estate The Canossa Edmonton real estate average sale price per square foot has continued to follow the Edmonton average selling price per square foot.  Canossa is very close to the Edmonton average but has not quite pushed high enough to exceed the Edmonton sold price per square foot.  Canossa did increase in the first quarter of 2011, but it did not increase as much as the Edmonton's average pace. Canossa has actually been very stable the last 3 quarters and did not go through a price correction in the last quarter of 2010. The Canossa area of Castledowns has closely followed the Edmonton real estate market when it comes to sale price per square foot.
