Total residential sales in Auburn Bay between January and September 2012 increased by 38% to reach 148 sold units, compared to 107 over the same period last year. Sales of both Single Family Homes and Condo units in Auburn Bay increased by the end of the third quarter of 2012 compared to the same period last year. 134 single family homes were sold in 2012 compared to 107 in 2011, while the 14 condo/townhouse sales were more than double the 6 units sold last year. Auburn Bay Single Family Home Sales activity was the highest in May with 21 sold units, a significant increase from the 7 units sold in May 2011. Auburn Bay Average Single Family Home Price for the first half of 2012 reached $454,574 a 6.8% lower than the same period last year.
