This is a blog I posted on my corporate page yesterday with the latest from Fannie and Freddie.  Its good news and FHA and VA are expected to treat things the same way.  In reality we wont know everything until the DOJ decides but here is what we know:   Yesterday, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac clarified questions about the payment of real estate agent commissions. These questions were brought up shortly after the nationwide settlement agreement proposed by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).
