Lemon, Avocado, Bucatini & Shrimp pasta dinner... this dinner was inspired, because Diane wanted a break from " Red Sauce so with that said I reached into my cookbooks and found this recipe in one of my favorite cookbooks: "Pasta Modern." Those of you who read my posts know I would end up modifying the recipe to make it my own.Well, I did the short recipe, lemon, lemon zest, shrimp, avocado and lemon juice. My additions, fresh parsley, clam juice, little bit of heavy cream and a lot more wine:). I also added little bit of heavy cream and substituted red onions with sweet onions as well as added some baby spinach,  Wishing you a safe and healthy life and I look forward to your comments. If you’ve got a move on your mind, you may be wondering whether you should wait to sell until mortgage rates come down before you spring into action. Here’s some information that could help answer that question for you.In the housing market, there’s a longstanding relationship between mortgage rates and buyer demand. Typically, the higher rates are, you’ll see lower buyer demand. That’s because some people who want to move will be hesitant to take on a higher mortgage rate for their next home. So, they decide to wait it out and put their plans on hold. But when rates start to come down, things change. It goes from limited or weak demand to good or strong demand. That’s because a big portion of the buyers who sat on the sidelines when rates were higher are going to jump back in and make t...

I'm hearing about a strange new phenomenon that is reaching for our shores... er... well, not really our shores, but at least our area.  That is northern Illinois.I've just started hearing about transactions falling apart because buyers are unable to obtain insurance for the property because the roof is over 10 years old.  Not because the roof is leaking, or the roof is in poor shape.  And in one case that I heard about it was an architectural shingle that had a 40-year warranty and it was 12-years-old, and the buyer was unable to obtain insurance.I'd heard of this in areas that are subject to wild weather... like Florida, Oklahoma and Texas, where tornadoes seem to seek and hunt down trailers and roofs and fling them around like Godzilla plays with Japanese cars, but here in Illinois, ...

When it comes to selling your home, there are things you can do that will make the process easier. On the flip side, there are also things that can make the process more difficult, stressful, and time-consuming, or even put your home sale in jeopardy. So, what things shouldn’t you do if you’re trying to sell your home?A recent article from realtor.com:  https://www.realtor.com/advice/sell/home-selling-habits-to-ditch-before-they-sabotage-your-sale/ outlined habits homeowners need to ditch if they want to successfully sell their home, including: Forgoing concessions. In a seller’s market, many sellers feel that they have the upper hand. But while you may have the advantage, that doesn’t mean you don’t need to do anything to woo buyers. Being completely unwilling to negotiate can turn away...

You may have heard that Google and some others are frowning on AI content. If you fill your site with it, your search engine ranking will plummet. And... Google (and others) believe that they can tell the difference between human writing and AI writing.Part of it is the fact that nothing AI writes feels personal. Unless someone edits to add personality, you won't find sentences beginning with "My favorite clients..." or "The last time I visited..."An article I read this morning explained that the "no AI" bots also look for words that AI seems to love to use. He called them trigger words, and he warned against using them. Or at least against using them inappropriately, as AI does. Here's the list: cognizant synergy pertinent delve peril testament treasure trove tapestry - when not speaki...
