Your credit score helps lenders see how you've handled debt in the past; the higher your score, the lower the interest rate on your mortgage might be. So, as you can imagine, it's good to raise your score in preparation for applying for a loan. #thehelpfulagent #home #houseexpert #house #listreports #homeowner #finances #financetips #investment #realestate #realtor #realestateagent #happyhomeowners

Credit scores generally range from 300-850, with higher scores being more favorable. How Your Credit Score Affects Your Home LoanThe higher yo...

Tuesdays Treasures…A Boy’s Gotta Do… Sunday we had some of the family over for a belated birthday party for my niece. Her sister chose an 80s theme so there were balloons and lots of pink. Take a look at Raffe in this photo!  Remember when we’d have group pictures and someone had to put horns over your head?  He decided to add his own horns.  And, where do you suppose he picked this up???  Little boys love their grandfathers and his (my brother) loves to kid the grandchildren by putting horns over their heads in pictures. Boys will be boys, and so will a lot of middle-aged men. Kin Hubbard Grandfathers are just antique little boys. Anonymous

A lot of people fantasize about residing in lavish mansions with enormous chambers that they could decorate to their liking. Nevertheless, the veracity is that most of us don't really require a vast amount of area and are content with more modest accommodations. Can the provision of painting and decorating services aid in our adaptation to smaller abodes, though? Why should you feel confined or crowded in your flat? It may be worthwhile to consider the option of embellishing your living space in order to generate a more expansive impression. Whilst the dimensions of your chamber may suitably accommodate you and your possessions, it does not imply that you desire to induce a sensation of confinement. In actuality, if you intend to embellish and paint a diminutive living area, then you sh...

Penultimate Pondering. . .  As May draws closer to its end, I have collected many thoughts over the month. Actually, it's quite the accumulation.  Like memories, some are recalled more clearly than others.  Purposefulness of being and staying aware remain part of this ongoing process.  Traversing through the twists and turns along with a topsy-turviness tends to prompt images of wordplay gone amuck. There is much that can be said for the stuff that piles up in our brains let alone strewn among or about us.  I continue to take notice, review and restock the pondering shelf.  The image in this post is from canstockphoto.com.  Posted: May 30, 2023

One in four purchasers who used the real estate brokerage Redfin website to look for a house also explored properties in other metropolitan areas. Central Florida remains one of the most popular options, while Miami has reclaimed the number one position. A growing number of purchasers in the United States are thinking of relocating to a town or suburb. This year, there are fewer buyers in the market overall, and the total number of purchasers is also down; however, among those still shopping, a more significant percentage are looking outside their home city. Redfin reports that 24.9% of its website users throughout the country searched outside their metropolitan region to locate a new house. Housing costs and the rise in popularity of remote work are two factors driving homebuyers to s...
