I will eat but not overeat. With fasting, stuffing my face does not work. My stomach won't tolerate it Richard Alan Naggar. 

I don't often overeat but, I will admit to exercising a little more this week, expecting to eat some more 'fattening foods' than I normally do today!

I don't overeat on Superbowl Sunday so no worries here.

I will not and we don't watch football in our house either.

Why on earth would I do that today!  Bring on the munchies and good friends......YES!

Wings are a weakness. But sometimes when we are weak we are strong....no forget that statement which is from the bible, does not apply to wings. 

I may tune in from time to time Richard Alan Naggar but neither team means anything to me so I won't be sitting down to watch.

BTW I am glad to address you as Richard. It makes me think of my late Brother who I think of fondly as well as one of my best friends today. You are in good company. 😊

We are now working on chips and dip and crackers and cheese. We will graduate to tacos at dinner time...or maybe before since the game starts about 3:30 Pacific Time.

No excess eating during this recent Super Bowl unlike past ones where I did. Then again I have viewed better Super Bowls and half time entertainment. all in a ll a disappointment. 

Not much of a thing around here, did not even turn on the game.

I did not overeat today, so no debt to pay. 😊

I endulged enought and thoroughly enjoyed it.  Extra veggies today.  

     Watched the game, loved the commercials, shopped earlier for some treats, enjoyed the commentary and Lady Gaga, the entertainment. The sheer production live and all the behind the scenes to make it come off without a hitch.

     The Super Bowl is the pinnacle of football and don't watch religiously on a weekly basis but love the grand finale. Like the World Series or Daytona 500, Olympics, etc.

     Liked the Harrison Ford Jeep commercial, the Dodge truck and Budweiser young horse saves the day, rolls a keg over hill and dale to the bar ads. 

The fleshy cowboy head and seal commercials were memorable but out there. All the ads were not selling a product the advertiser wanted you to buy.

 We grilled some shrimp in butter and olive oil, in an iron pan.  Served it with rice and red curry sauce.  For a side dish, some blackened sashimi grade tuna that I got at the Fresh Market.  And, I am draining some cans of IPA. 

    But that meal has nothing to do with the Super Bowl.  NFL Football is not "our thing"; we won't be watching.

we just had tacos and didn't over-do.  The homemade pico was wonderful.

I didn't watch it. Just had dinner and watched a couple movies.
