Entering another escrow!

One of the benefits of retirement is no business worries.

My fourth quarter is typically rather slow.  But this year I've been busier than a one-armed wallpaper hanger.

My business has been slowing down over the months on its own. I am okay with it as I would rather work smarter, not harder. Let's see what happens. On the macrocosm or big picture, the next four years should bring prosperity

Working to finish the year with gusto and start 2025 off strong.

I will be busy.

Same as I entered 2024, retired and relaxing. Then again the grandkids will be here so relaxing may have to wait until early 2025!

A busy week.

It's a busy month for Closings for me, Will. I hope to have a good break during Christmas week so I can enjoy my family! My Dad will be here visiting for a week during the holidays so, I'm going to do all I can to give him my undivided attention - well, almost!

I’m holding back a Listing until early January.

I'm considering full retirement. Maybe not full but a different direction.

Relaxing a bit; still working but not as much.  ;)

     Steam rolling ahead and applying the full throttle into the new year ahead Will Hamm. Sellers are trusting their property listing is getting above and beyond handling and buyers are on the hunt for real estate. 

     Gotta close before the end of the tax year or lose thousands of dollars is a real dilemma for some. Pushing attorneys, cattle prodding banks, etc all part of the hustle to end the year brightly. You can't do that if you are off on vacation again and again.
