I will look at this when I have time. So far I have spent lots of time on listening to webinars, participating in Zoom meetings, and reading articles. I suspect that watching the presentation to which you are linking with be redundant but I won't know until I check it out.

Great summary by Barbara - she hit the nail on the head regarding the new developments. Nothing really changes, especially in states that already have buyer agency, but what is not resolved is how listing brokers are going to communicate the co-broke arrangements to buyer agents. I think it will be a bonanza for lawyers in writing up side agreements; those might be tested in courts as well. 

Interestingly, if you listened to the end, Barbara also underscored my concept of what needs to be changed in the industry (in so many words), barriers to entry  - she said she loved working with agents that were super intelligent (albeit a pain in the neck) because in the end, once properly trained, they produced so much more.
