Some of those angles prove challenging thus no picture. However, I capture enough to garner interest for a follow-up. NOTE: Professional pics worth it

When I was active I used professional photography and video was not a thing yet. I seldom had to eliminate photos, but I would question the use of the photo you displayed. 

I would not use a photo like that in my marketing.  If you like it and it works for you  - that is GREAT.

It depends on if it is helpful. I share a floor plan. I post enough photos and try not to post those that are detracting or distracting. If a photo helps with imagery then yes, I'll include it.

Our processional photographer takes more photos than needed and then we decided which ones to use. That one looks like a no-go to me. We also provide Matterport videos on most of our listings.

My videographer walks from the sidewalk to the front door and then in and through the house. Thankfully he makes it very clear for buyers to see what the layout is. It has been very well-received by buyers for years! 

I prefer to showcase each room or area individually then use the narrative to describe traffic flow and such. A floor plan is an added bonus since it gives dimensions also. I am not a fan of Matterport but it is surprising how many clients love it so that is another option.
