Great job on the blogs, Frank!

BPOs are coming back as for many years here, we didn't even hear of them. I'm so swamped with general brokerage though, it wouldn't be something that I would add to my wheelhouse.

I thank you for your educational pieces. I don't do BOPs but I do think they may come back in popularity when the cyclical & economic changes take place

You lost me at BPOs. While I am intimately familiar with what a BPO is, they are not what I focus on. 

Like you said, bpo's are good for those who want that niche and are interested in tax abatement, commercial properties, remote locations, or residential real estate. Wishing you the best, Frank!

I went back and read your posts.  very nice.  this is an area I do not have any experience in and I have not heard that they were becoming a item these days.  they were popular in days past and might be important in the future.  we shall see.  

Your posts are educational and I have read some of them. I think you'd get more responses if you had fewer posts per day. That being said, if someone was thinking of adding BPOs to their business, I'm sure they'd be able to find the information they need from your posts. And would call you for more information.

You might want to ask a friend or someone with minimal knowledge of BPOs.  Most people on this forum have a basic understanding of BPOs, even if they don't do them regularly.

A friend who does not work in real estate might be able to give you better feedback.  They could tell you, "I didn't know what a BPO was and now I do."  Or "I'm still confused about what they are, when to use one, etc."

Just a thought.  I think there is value in getting real estate practitioners to provide feedback, but it is also value to have people who are unfamiliar with the field (which presumably is your audience) read them.  Good luck with it.

we have an agent that has done them for 25 years along with REO listings.

I have been following your bpo carpet bombing.

I have never done one, and not in my wheelhouse either.   I have been over to your posts though.

Your posts are neat and clean, well organized, and to the point.  I am semi-retired, BPO's are not in my future.   However, if a fellow Broker or Agent brings up the topic of BPO's, I will point them to your blog roll.

Frank I've read a couple of your posts, they are helpful indeed. I doubt I'll ever read all 90+ since I no longer do BPOs but I'll read one here and there to stay informed. Pace yourself in The Rain; good content over volume and a variety of topics draws the eye more than one repeated topic - in my opinion.

Nothing personal but have not read them and have no intention to. Have enough personal experience with them that I have no interest in doing them again.

Being very upfront Frank, I have read a couple but they just hold no interest for me. I am assuming you want all truthful answers and not just empty platitudes. 

Frank Worrell I have not seen your other blogs about BPOs, and will probably take the time and check some of them out!  i did miss your webinar due to other commitments ... let me know if you do another one?  Not sure how serious I would be about doing a high volume of BPOs but it is definitely something to consider when times are slow or lean.

One of my agents gets good supplemental income from them.   And I myself don't do BPOs, but I do draw inspections... because I love watching the progress on new homes and enjoy it.

You may want to review the YouTube videos about BPO and create the best one available to viewers.

I noticed there are videos for BPO Broker Price Opinion and BPO Business Process Outsourcing.

Haven't done BPO in many years and no interest in doing them again! 

But I did read a few of your BPO blog post and found the information useful for those looking at maybe starting that line of business...

Frank Worrell BPOS does not interest me.  I am very sorry but I am too busy working on procuring listings to worry about putting time into BPOS. They were something I did many many years ago and I am not interested in refreshing that journey. Wishing you success

I have seen but not read any of the blogs. Do yourself a huge favor and space them out. People pull up the blog roll and if they see a whole page of the same person's blogs they'll click away. I have seen many in a row on your blog roll, to a lot of people that's going to be a tune- out factor.

Being retired, have not paid attention to your BPO posts, sorry can't help.
