I sure do! I have several youtube channels. One is specific for Provo just like when we lived in Wellington Fl and I did all those short sale videos and embedded them on our sites. Now, we focus on neighborhoods, restaurants, local events, places to go, market reports...etc. YouTube is the second largest seach engine on the planet. It is not a site. It is a search engine. Embedding your videos on your blog pages makes people stay longer on your site, which means your bounce rate is lower, which means google bots will like your content and think people like it.. and then you get the double points - because those also count for views on YouTube even if the viewer doesn't go to watch the video in YouTube! You are right about what Neil Patel said too.
